The hotel was right in the center of the downtown area. The room was spacious, clean, the water was hot in the shower, clean towels, safe in the room, the breakfast upstairs was delicious and the best cup of coffee I had all week. I felt safe, there's was a trolley tour to the left, a historic church in front that you could see from the top floor (where they serve breakfast), no compliants, great stay!

The hotel is beautiful, clean, has an excellent chef in the restaurant, great hot water pressure and is comfortable. We felt very welcomed by the professional staff and very kind and warm owners. I would most definitely recommend staying here. We are already planning to return.

Awesome Hotel

This hotel was amazing very clean good service good breakfast and best of all is that is right on the center of the Historical downtown. All tours are steps away from hotel If we go back to Chihuahua Mexico definitely will stay at this hotel I recommended very highly

The amenities "Gym" (If you can even call it that) was terrible. All the machines were broken and clearly not taken care of. My key did not work, so every time I try to enter my room I had to go down to the Lobby to update my key access, witch was super annoying. They took more than half a day to clean the tray of my room service dinner. Hotel staff was good.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had issues with charges on my card that I did not recognize. The restaurant staff charged amounts higher than what they should have, and I filed a complaint with the hotel manager, but I never received a proper response or resolution. In addition, a member of the housekeeping staff took photos inside my room to accuse me of staining a towel, and charges were added to my account for alleged property damage. The way this situation was handled made me feel uncomfortable and unsupported as a guest. The only positive parts of my stay were the gentleman who helped with the luggage, who was very kind and helpful, and one of the room attendants who provided excellent service. They were the only people who truly made a positive impression. Other than that, my experience was very negative. When a guest makes a complaint, they expect the hotel to investigate and provide a solution, but that never happened in my case. I do not recommend this hotel because of the lack of customer service and the way my concerns and charges were handled.
