"It was so convenient on a rainy day to return my rental car and check in to the hotel even in the rain. Then next day bullet train to Okayama also without getting wet on a rainy morning. Great section of restaurants inside the station building and beyond. "

"I had a pleasant stay at APA Hotel Kokura Ekimae. The location is a major highlight—it’s about a 5-minute walk from Kokura Station, making it very convenient for getting around. It’s also close to popular spots like Kokura Castle and Tanga Market, which made sightseeing easy. The hotel operates largely on self-service, which may take a little getting used to, but everything is quite efficient. Even so, the staff are available and willing to assist when needed, which I appreciated. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and accessibility in Kokura."
