"I've stayed twice now at The Prince Charles Hotel. It is a really nice new clean building, with comfortable beds. But it's in an odd location far from almost everything (it was close to a residence I was visiting). But it's so quirky- some rooms have no external windows. "Excellent staff & food rooms clean, i would stay again"

"There’s definite room for improvement here. Our room wasn’t cleaned to a good standard the bathroom had stains, and the bedding felt old (we unfortunately encountered bed bugs). The TV wasn’t working, and the door system was unreliable, often requiring extra effort to get in. Food was on the pricey side for what was offered, and while the room includes a stove, it would help to have basic utensils and drinking water provided given the rates charged.
