The staff was also very responsive and helpful the night of check in. The hotel is gated and the gates are locked at night. Feels very safe and secure. Next trip will plan to stay here again. "

"La Capatania was a great place to stay. We were able to walk to all the places to see in Antigua and dining options were very close. If walking is not for you then the tuk tuks are always close, many were sitting just across the street waiting for passengers. The staff was friendly and let us keep our bags there as we went on our hike to acantenango. I highly recommend La Capatania"
