"Great location for western travellers, a bit quiet but sometimes that is exactly what is needed, in between hyper active tourist destinations like the bund and nanjing pedestrian street. Rooms were actually cleaner than my group's hotels in Tokyo and Fukuoka. Laundry is easily accessed not far from the entrance, 30 minutes to wash and 30 minutes to dry, using commercial grade machines that are actually better than typical room based setups, and they were available for immediate use, in my circumstances. Only downside for us was that we would have preferred separate toilet and shower rooms, but for a 3 night stay it was no major issue. The television was next to useless with no apps for netflix, primevideo, disney, etc, but this is more to do with international markets and regulations and platform operating regions, than the hotel itself. Got iqiyi and yukou to work on the tv but not the subtitles. Good thing dinosaurs and giant snakes and attractive looking women skilled in kungfu don't require much translation to deeply appreciate and respect. All in all, would happily come and stay again at the same property and next to modern residential neighbourhoods and their beautifully manicured gardens."

"This hotel is centrally located in Shanghai, next to XinTianDi, a high-end shopping district. It is very convenient, however very easy to get in traffic if you have a cab. The hotel was eager to help and friendly. Many are located at the front door and lobby and ready to help and answer questions. The room is modern and clean. No complains there. If you'd like to have to-go order from outside, the hotel has an area at the front door to receive orders, very convenient if you use Chinese App like MeiKuan."
