"Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights. The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai. "

"The hotel is conveniently located to many tourist attractions (the Bund, Yuyuan garden, Nanjing Road). The rooms are big, clean and lovely. The staff are amazing, especially the bellboys who are at the entrance. They always say hello and are very pleasant. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to a Shanghai. "Staff were friendly and helpful! There was a barrier language but with their actions, you can tell that they are willing to assist you in ways. Clean and orderly property. The room was spacious and quite modern. The only minor inconvenience is the confusing hallway and lack of elevator. Other than that, it was a great 4-day stay."
