All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay.
1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels.
2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"I love the excellent services provided by the staff at the hotel. They are very approachable and sincere, which made my stay super pleasant. I would like to thank the front desk and the Koffee staff esp. Farrel, Yusuf and Shinta for the great service when I needed a birthday surprise for my travel mate and they did the birthday wish choc for me (yummy too). Thank you very much for the housekeeping staff too as I left the tips on the table but the staff didn’t take. I am indeed blessed and heartened to see such honest and sincere people at this hotel. "This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this.
