Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. The hotel facilities include the gym, swimming pool, a tea room, and much more....

Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. No pool, no gym but a beautiful lobby, a wide variety of interesting books, a bar with very nice bartenders and televisions 📺. Breakfast was ok, for local nightlife activities the food night market was 1 minute away walking so super convenient, really good food, I enjoyed that option. There's also an arts and craft building about 3-4 min walk, lots to do, painting, jewelry making,...

Great for solo travelers who just need a basic room to sleep at night.

Clean and comfortable room. We weren't sure about the outdoor bathroom at first, but ended up loving it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near markets and restaurants.

Very close to downtown Chinatown. Great restaurants. Clean rooms with friendly front desk.

Comfortable bed

Explorers Guesthouse was a great place to stay for a few days in Kuala Lumpur. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always available. There is a free light breakfast (toast and assorted jellies), coffee and tea, and WiFi throughout the building. The location is centrally located near Chinatown, several markets and is within walking distance of KL Eco Park.

My original room was not made up when i checked in and the phone was unplugged so i had to go down to the reception to complain but they were kind enough to move me to another room. Overall, my stay was a good one albeit short. The place is very accessible to the Lrt station, Central Market and Chinatown. Should i be given the chance to go back to KL, i will book in the same hotel. Definitely a hotel to be recommended to anyone.

Nice place in china town, rooms were clean and comfortable. Not upfront with travel tax though however

This is the best hotel on our entire trip from check in to check out ,saff, cleanliness, bed, shower, cleaning staff, and location.This is a 5 star hotel with 3 star rate .We highly recommend this hotel Thanks

I've stayed at at least 5 different hotels in and around Chinatown and this one would be my first choice. The location is excellent and it's easy to find, even if you've never been to KL before. Check-in is a breeze and I would certainly stay there again next time. For any of you 'old timers' who remember the New 7th Storey in Singapore, the atmosphere and particulars surrounding the Rain Forest Hotel are very similar. Everything's clean, everything works, they have reasonable rates, free water...

Great location, comfortable beds, nice amenities such as the small rooftop pool and gym. My only issue is the thing walls (and generally consistent noisy patrons).. over a few days with guests coming and going, it seems the hotel attracts noisy guests.. yelling in the halls, leaving doors open while the buzzer keeps beeping for them to close it, etc etc. Not the hotels fault.. but the thin walls don't help. That said, the staff were nice and overall comfort was good.

Room is aesthetic and clean. Staff are helpful as well. Helped us with the luggage as they only have stairs available. It is right next to the shops and markets so expect a little noise at night but overall it’s all good.

Great location in the heart of Petaling St & close to Central Market & the LRT. Great view and place to relax on their deck. Quaint rooms and some had interesting glass-enclosed inward facing mini verandas. Friendly staff, too.
