"Check in was terrible n the host was not around as promised. Suite was very dirty, shower was broken, bidet was leaking,, cockroach was all over the place n small insects, smoke smell n smoke buds in the garbage can. No toilet paper, no shampoo as it said when we booked the property. I would not recommend anyone to this property. I was not happy at all. What it showed in the picture when we booked was nothing like that when we checked in."

"The location of this place was so convenient, with shops and restaurants just downstairs and it's an easy pickup and drop off point for Grab rides to other destinations in the city. The apartment is fine, as described, just a bit spartan in furnishings and not hotel-grade linens and towels. Basic but good.

"Pire expérience avec expedia: ils ont vendu le service puis ont passé la main à vrbo.
Nous n'avons jamais eu accès à l'appartement et les coordonnées fournis pour rejoindre matahari suites étaient inexactes!
Après de multiples appels autant chez expedia que chez vrbo, ceux-ci concluent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire et que c'est moi qui doit contacter le propriétaire de l,immeuble en Malaisie pour remboursement!!! Bref, aucun recours. J'ai donc perdu 600$ cad dans l'histoire et eux s'en...
