"The hotel is at a perfect location cause the kids love Chinatown, pier 39 and Oracle park. It was very clean comfortable and the staff was above and beyond the valet remembered my name and greeted me when I return and was very politely chatful with the kids. Kids can be picky with food but they loved the breakfast buffet. They also put out games to play with in the lobby. I will definitely be back here again and recommend to all my friends. "

"A lot was within walking distance and the cable car provided transport elsewhere, as did the bus rapid transit line in front of the hotel."

"Very nice staff, and the room was clean and neat. The breakfast was OK, plain bread for toast, scrambled eggs, little muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, and bacon. Last time we stayed there was oatmeal, looks like that is gone. Note that parking costs $57 per night woth tax."
