Excellent location for MRT, Marina Bay Area, Merlion Park, China Town. Hotel swimming pool was excellent to cool off mid day and return to sightseeing. Also close to Hawker for variety local food at cheap prices. I would return here on my next stay.

We booked the Prestige Room with a harbor view and lounge services. So far, the lounge is the best I’ve experienced. The staff are friendly, the food quality is excellent, and the room is well soundproofed and impeccably clean.

A great hotel to stay in close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. Great breakfast and very convenient for all transportation

I have traveled to 50+ country's and have never had a better hotel experience. They have a complimentary airport pick up which was nice, since after 30 hrs of travel time I did not have to deal with public transportation or a taxi. The driver was there after collecting my bags at 12:30am. On arrival to the hotel they delivered my bags to my room while I registered. They also provide a welcome drink. I always love a Fairmont- wonderful room with a comfortable bed, robe & slippers, & amenities like a well-appointed gym. This one in particular has a fantastic location attached to a high-end mall with tons of food options, an MRT stop, and across the street from one of the hop on-hop off bus stops. Great hotel, great service, great location.

I am so pleased I chose Ann Siang House. The perfect location, super quiet rooms. Some facilities were being upgraded but that didn’t bother me. In a place like Singapore who comes to sit inside anyway! The Manager swiftly moved me to a new room when the tiniest of issues with my cooling occurred. All staff are friendly and attentive and offered up some great local knowledge. Very happy I chose this hotel. Small, boutique and friendly. I will be back!!

The hotel is located in Chinatown and is less than 5 mins walking distance to dozens of restaurant including several Michelin rated restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and you’ll be greeted with smile every time you enter the hotel. My only “complaint” is the pool chairs is very limited (probably can fit 15-20 max).

The Carleton is my #1 choice when in Singapore The value and location is my main reasons for choosing the Carleton over all other hotels in the area. The Raffles Hotel, Chines and Raffles City mall is literally a walk across the street. There is a food pavilion with small restaurants and bars with live entertainment and TV's for sports in the lower courtyard. The MRT is a short walk.
