Look at this beautiful, newly renovated home in the sought-out community of Richardson's Landing. This home is conveniently located right on the water and offers a wonderous, relaxing view. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of this gorgeous home... upon entering you will be swept away with all of the beautiful upgrades this charming Cape Cod has to offer. Chamallow features 3 bedrooms, a bonus kids loft above the garage, sunroom, two dens (one of which features a kitchenette), a brand new deck, fire pit, new floating dock, brand new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and so much more. Enjoy the large yard that has plentiful room for the kids to run, and bring your fur babies too!

- Parking is limited to 5 cars.
- Linens and towels are not included with your reservation. Please inquire about our new attractive linen packages!
- No smoking is permitted on the premises.
- This property is pet friendly with a pet fee per pet. Pet fee is $150 per pet. All pets must be disclosed prior to arrival.
- Any reservations made for a future year (known as "Advanced Reservations") are subject to rate and availability changes. These reservations will be confirmed in January of the arrival year.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was adequate for our family size, and was very clan upon our arrival, and we quite appreciated the AC as it was 100 degrees during our stay! Thanks for the use of the Kayaks - our grandsons quite enjoyed them! The Durbin Family
