"Neglected property. No hot water in shower, due to scaling build-up. Deck visibly not safe, with decayed wood and loose banisters, two stories up! I imagined a single parent with child being horrified. Tripping hazard via corners of area carpets used to hide stains on wall to wall carpeting. Advertised Wi-Fi, instead had an unsecured Starlink connection, with no password. Deck was not private.Vrbo assisted me and I was moved to a safe clean place with a maintained and functioning hot shower."

"Our 6-person group's average age is around 80. A railing along the stairs up to the house would be helpful. The driveway is difficult to ascend on foot. We must shuttle people and supplies by car into the garage to avoid the stairs and driveway. Other, younger clients may have similar challenges. Also a large serving bowl for the kitchen would be good. Otherwise, a fine destination."
