"This is a most unique and enjoyable b&b. The property is beautifully restored and maintained and extremely comfortable. The owners, Ken and Candi, are very much involved in the running of this delightful b&b and were instrumental in making my wife and my stay a weekend event and not just a place to stay for the night. Location is great in Ilwaco. It’s within walking distance of restaurants and is in a central location to take advantage of the entire Long Beach, Cape Disappointment area. ...

"5 minute walking distance to the beach. You won’t be let down. I had a marvelous experience."

"My daughter and I came over for her XC districts. Our room felt just like home at Christmas. The decorations were adorable and the beds were perfect. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Room was very clean and staff very friendly & helpful"

"The location was convenient and close to downtown without being in downtown Astoria. The sunset view from our room was wonderful. The rooms were cleaned and staff were helpful and friendly. They also have a nice breakfast buffet made by some wonderful ladies. The hotel had a nice surprise, they have a daily chowder in the afternoon. "We had to take cold showers. No hot water in our room. Smelt like cigarettes through the front and down the hallway. Continental breakfast was suppose to be included. There was nothing continental about it. I will say the haunted house was a plus."

Beach view is only from the restaurant. The rest of the hotel faces parking lot so there is only partial view if beach. Saunas are extrmely poor quality, not insulated, and dont even get warm. Maybe in a summertime they are usable but in November they were almost cold. Saunas are in a separate building not connected to...
