"House was VERY dirty. Blonds were broken and had 1/4 in of dust. The floors looked like they hadnt been swept, vacuumed, or mopped in weeks. The stove top was covered in dirt and grime. The garage door sid not work. The driveway was not cleared of snow. There were several mattresses and box springs and boxes full of junk and clutter in the garage. There were 2 old toilets in the back yard. The beds were rock hard and e of them were broken. For some weird reason the bedroom doors had chain locks...

"The space was clean and quiet. A couple fixtures were broken but it didn't effect the experience. The bed was very comfortable and the parking pad was handy and safe. I'd definitely stay at this property again. "

"My 12yo child and I stayed 3 nights at this lower unit that’s one of the rentals in this house. A few problems we noticed: the unit is dark. The only bright space is the bedroom facing the street but it’s set up with a small /twin mattress in a queen sized frame, both in very worn out shape. This would be the quieter bedroom of the two since its ceiling is mostly along the roof line so nobody could wake you from upstairs.
