"Appena arrivati la persona alla reception è stata molto gentile. Appena arrivati sul piano della camera c'era un cattivo odore, forse dipende dal lavaggio o pulizia della moquette. Entrando in camera entro nella doccia e vedo che il soffione è altissimo e non si poteva regolare, poi la porta della doccia chiudendola se ne cadeva. "1990's decor in the room,up dated bathroom, huge wardrobes. No luggage racks,except for a small cut out. Once again we had to improvise. Bed's comfortable. Parking off road awesome, breakfast ok,staff were a little tired and weren't helpful as they tried to close well before 11oclock. Obviously not happy with people on holiday when they weren't. Front counter staff helpful and very accommodating. Casino was clean and fun."
