"We booked a 2 night stay , our ferry arrived at 6am but the owner very kindly let us check in at 7.30am which was perfect as we have travelled from the uk. I had researched the properties and after seeing all the reviews i knew we were in for a treat. Our tiny cottsge had open fire, kitchen area, bathroom on ground floor , then up a ladder to the bedroom ( with curved ceiling) and on top was a roof terrace with table and chairs overlooking sea and surrounding mountains. "The village is absolutely stunning and full of history. The apartment was one of the stonewall houses. It was not too far from Chios and it was very quiet. I enjoyed my stay there very much. "
