"The rooms are outdated, they look and feel old, and the air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly (individual units on each room, hanging from the ceiling). I requested a change of room because of this and the new one was as noisy as the previous one.
The shower is very weak and it takes a long time to get warm. So, wake up, turn the shower on and get a shower at least five minutes later. Not good!
There are 2 hotels.... the lobby, restaurant and bar and the rooms. 2 different experiences."
