"The room was really clean and spacious with a great view overlooking the pool and beach. Unfortunately, the hotel lists 3 restaurants however, it is actually 1 restaurant in 3 different locations (1 per each meal time). The included breakfast is ok, eggs, pancakes and fruit available though the fruit does not seem super fresh. The menu for lunch and dinner seems extensive however they do not have everything on the menu and fail to tell you that initially. The pizzas and meats seem to be frozen and my partner was served undercooked chicken. Although the tacos and guacamole tasted delicious and authentic. The beach was clean and sufficiently populated with sun beds and the staff were attentive. Lunch took an age to arrive for all guests on the beach and a DJ turned up around 14:00 and played very loud music all afternoon which was quite disruptive and not at all background music. Finally, the restaurant staff worked all day everyday from the breakfast shift to the dinner shift which seems unfair and unsustainable for them. While the room and look of the hotel mirrors its 5 star rating, the food and amenities do not - it seems like management have decided to cut costs and unfortunately the quality of our stay was incredibly impacted. "

"The staff was really welcoming in reception. Amenities are good. Room had AC and a fantastic layout. Only storage for belongings is closet. Could use a surface for suitcase. Remember to ask for safe lock. The grounds are beautiful. Beach is one of the best I’ve seen anywhere. There is food/bev service on the beach. The roof top pool needs a scrub badly and some chemical to get rid of the algae. Rooftop bar/pool area music is quite loud & nightclubby. Price for stay was very reasonable compared to others in the area. Food and Bev is expensive, but on par with others in the area. Quality of food/bev was basic and good. "

"It's in a great location, The Infiniti's pool is nice, Right on the beach, Easy to get there by walking or by golf cart. The front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. However, The friends we were staying with in two different rooms had money taken from their luggage. If that wasn't enough, we could hear another couple that we didn't know having the same argument with the manager about stolen money. I wouldn't trust leaving anything valuable in your room and I wouldn't even trust the safe. The Head chef quit midweek and we didn't get compensated for any meals missed. Not sure if I'd stay here again when I can stay closer to in town for roughly the same price. Note what Taxi is flat rate of 150 pesos each way into town. "
