"Honestly you get what you pay for but there were some things that were annoying AC in the room was too loud requested for repairs and the problem persisted so we just slept without the air on at night. Limited food options after 11p"

"Sunscape Cancun All-inclusive was AMAZING! The customer service was spectacular. This was our 3rd time in Cancun. The food was fabulous. We got to know many of the servers by name. The entire staff made us feel so special! The entertainment at the hotel is so good. We went to a Mexican show one night. A magic show one night, and a light show on our last night. Oh, another thing i loved is the snacks. Other All-inclusive are just breakfast/lunch/dinner. Sunscape has a 24 hr coffee shop, a ice cream/ fruit / candy shop that are ALL-INCLUSIVE. That is a big deal. When we were up early for an excursion and the buffet wasnt open, we could eat at the 24 hour coffee shop that had coffee, milk, bagels, cinnamon rolls, toast. That is a big deal to me. To be able to get an ice cream sundae, or ice cream cone after a day in the sun was so refreshing. The beach was spectacular. I did request a "ocean view" room on expedia, and i did not get that. I am sure if i would have made a fuss, that i would have gotten it, but did not say anything about that because we were SO PLEASED with everything else. Also, the location of this hotel is good. We were able to walk to La Isla shopping Mall. I highley recommend this property. It is a GREAT Price, for a GREAT stay."

"We had a view of the next door resort to our front. To the left, the ocean, to the right, golf course and lagoon! It wasn’t too bad! Food was mostly decent. Comfy beds & pillows. Did not like the fact the you only get so many nights for dinner reservations based on the length of your stay…. And I absolutely hate the towel/towel card program. But all in all it was a decent stay. "

"Everything very clean. Room view of ocean was great. Elite pool was nice and quiet. Staff very friendly. Restaurants were overall very good. We ate at the Asian, Krystal and Don Julios, as well as Elite.. Mostly disappointed in the Elite Restaurant. Food didn't have a lot of flavor. Also we didn't like that the people from the spa were often out asking if we wanted massage."

"our room was great and very clean, and the cleaning service was quick. All the staff were very attentive and kind and helpful. the pools were clean and maintained. our only disappointment was that the beach was not as accessible as we thought, but still nice once we got there. just pretty rocky. All the food was excellent and fresh, we were really impressed. and the little town near by was great! overall would definitely recommend and go back myself!"

"This property is a total 10/10. We would absolutely come back or recommend! My husband and I went for a relaxing baby moon and were able to do just that! From the moment we arrived to the time we left we had nothing but great things to say. Elias was so informative and welcoming and was able to get us an upgraded room we truly enjoyed!! We went to Mike’s Coffee every morning and enjoyed not only the coffee or snacks they had, but also the environment. They also had games you could enjoy. The buffet food was also good (unlike other resorts we’ve been to) with a variety especially the breakfast and the restaurant food was GREAT! We definitely recommend going to the 3 restaurants they offer for dinners. Angelica was able to get us reserved. She was so nice and answered any questions we had! Sakura, the Japanese restaurant, we went to the second night and WOW! The food and the experience of them cooking in front of you was wonderful! Third night we went to La Locanda, the italian restaurant, had amazing food and great service! We didn’t go to the steakhouse as we wanted to enjoy the Mexican parade they were hosting that night, but heard great things! Each night they had something to experience that was kid and adult friendly. We experienced live music, we did karaoke at the piano bar, fire show, and mexican parade during our stay. The pools were clean and nice size to not be on top of others and the swim up bar was nice! Can’t wait to come back and bring our little one and family"

"Overall we had a very fun stay at Temptations Resort. The biggest highlight was the daily pool parties and games. Many of the staff and performers were excellent, hardworking, and clearly take pride in creating a lively atmosphere. The resort itself was generally clean and well maintained, the entertainment was energetic, with wild parties and the performances were a lot of fun. Unfortunately our trip ended on a very disappointing note. Our airport transfer was scheduled for 4:30 pm. When we checked in and again when we checked out, we were told we could remain at the resort and enjoy the facilities until our ride arrived. However, at exactly 3 pm we were abruptly told to leave the pool and the common areas. We were literally pulled out of the pool and directed to the lobby. Because we had been told we could stay until 4:30, we were not prepared for that. We had chlorine on us, had not showered, and had to awkwardly use the lobby bathrooms to get organized while waiting for our ride. It was an embarrassing and frustrating way to end what had otherwise been a great trip. The confusing and inconsistent communication between staff created an unnecessary situation. Temptations is a fun place with great energy, but experiences like this leave the impression that once your stay is technically over, the hospitality quickly disappears. We'd probably go back but probably for a much shorter period of time and we'd be more careful with important details that staff describe."
