"Warning! Don’t book this place. My reservation got cancelled on the day I was scheduled to check in. The listing states that I will get instructions by email 48 hours before check in. I didn’t get any email and I got anxious when I didn’t get any instructions. I noticed the contact number provided was INVALID. The number was listed us 55555, a fake number. This host obviously doesn’t want anyone to call him/her for information/confirmation/questions. In the afternoon of the day, I got a message...

"The staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean rooms with everything you need. Enjoyed the roof top pool and gym. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas to rent for a small fee. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Away from the hustle and bustle of the center, but still just a 8 min drive away. Very clean and tranquil place. "

"Beautiful condo, truly. A few problems with the front desk staff who speak absolutely no english at all. And problems with managing the trash for the entire complex, though it seems to be Playa del Carmen's responsibility. The trash area is way too small for the entire complex and therefore is full and uninviting. "
