Room was absolute banger on the third floor with its own pool, though other guests can beat you to having it all for you (more than understandable). The room was NOT a room, it was an APARTMENT! It had its own fully kitted dinning/kitchen room (no microwave but everything else is in there including knives, pans, utensils), its own bedroom, and its own bathroom. The A/C kept the room cold and cozy so we really enjoyed being in there despite the heat of the outdoors.
If there is something I must point out is the shower. Sadly, the shower did not have good heated water or much water pressure. Also, the tv only had local channels, which is not bad at all as we were outside enjoying the Tulum and Chemuyil area, but might care for it. For those who do, you can use your own Netflix, Disney, Hulu, etc. Or your phone (hotel has great wifi).
Outside of that, I really liked staying here. The people behind it do put great effort effort into ensuring things stay cozy and great.
