"This was our very first time in Mexico and we were not disappointed at all! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. But Lisandro, our butler during our stay went above and beyond. He made all of your plans and made sure everything went smoothly as well as always being attentive. Most of all, he was a huge help, but he was a friend! If you’re thinking about staying here, it is more than worth the price!"

"We booked 2 rooms for our family, rooms were spacious, had all the necessities. Food was really good, a little bummed we couldn’t eat at the restaurants that required reservations as there weren’t any available. Overall we had a great time."
