"Loved the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. Disappointing that water volleyball is no longer an activity. Some people would start impromptu games with a ball, but it wasn't the same. Spent most of the days at the other Rius that actually had water volleyball."

"Definitely liked and enjoyed the rooms in Oaxaca. Very spacious fitted all 5 of us. Staff were mostly friendly with the exception of reception desk. It did not feel welcoming during the check in and check out process. Food was great at the hacienda buffet. Reservation for the restaurants were bit hard to come by but food was great. There was a lack of entertainment and if there were some you would have to catch a shuttle to the different hotel. However all experience it was an enjoyable one. Definitely a family resort for a more relaxing vibe."
