Beautiful, amazing food and service.

The TRS Yucatan was part of a larger group of related hotels on a very large beautiful beach and jungle property. The butlers at our villa, especially Emilio, were very welcoming and helpful as we oriented ourselves to the many facets of the resort. The transportation cart service was quick and the drivers very friendly.....though by following the seaside/beach everything was also very walkable. Food was excellent....green juice at Helios was my favorite!

The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly with answering any questions I had, and they were very clear with everything. Our servers were amazing. Antonio and Ramon at the buffet in Sian Kaan we’re super awesome and took great care of us! Pedro at the front helping with bags and scheduling a taxi was super awesome and friendly. Viktor was an activities director and hosted a Zumba class and was super fun and upbeat and personal. I can’t spell it very well but ...

First and foremost: The food and drinks were phenomenal. Everything that we were served all week was exceptional. Drinks were never watered down, food didn’t taste cheap or frozen. Make sure you take advantage of your private host. You communicate via text on WhatsApp, and they will facilitate everything for you from dinner reservations, booking taxis into town, decorating the room for a birthday, etc. We had Ricardo and he was so easy to work with. My wife and I had a wonderful three night retreat here. We were looking for somewhere quiet, where we could sit by the ocean and read and chill. This was perfect. The service was great and everything on the menu was delicious. We walked to the Mezzanine for Thai food one night, which was great! This is a beautiful resort.The grounds are gorgeous and are immaculate! The wonderul sandy beach is perfect for a swim or float. You can also snorkle on site. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The staff is amazing, and goes out of their way to make sure that your every need is met. With a vast array of restaurants, food is plentiful and is very good.

When we made the reservation, we does not know is a nudist hotel. On the hotel advertising don't said anything about it, they have to be more explicit about the hotel theme. Is a hotel 5 🌟, the attention, the food, the transportation, the views, the ammenities, the details,is excellent. Is a peacefully place, very private and full of sorprises.

Loved the resort and the new inclusive packages. We did have some hiccups with our doors but overall the stay was wonderful. Plan your flights knowing you have at least an hour and 15min ride between hotel and the airport. As check the free shareda shuttle and try to get an estimate on the pickup times to help plan your flights as well

Mezzanine is a beautiful property right on the water with an excellent Thai restaurant. The staff are great and very kind and helpful. The only complaints are that it's somewhat far from everything and you need to take a taxi to everything which is 10$ each way, or else get a bike but generally everything is about 3 miles plus away. The beach would be beautiful if the seaweed bloom wasn't so bad. The nets are doing little to keep the seaweed out, unfortunately. It's not really nice to swim in...

We loved this hotel, we stayed 9 nights and everything was clean and organized in the room. The house keeping lady/guy did an excellent job. Don’t forget to leave a daily tip to her/him. The workers at kan tulum are always alert to have everything clean, safe,funtionally and well maintained atmosphere. Plus the hotel have workers taking turns 24/7 taking care of your cars at parking lot to Making sure no one breaks in into your car. The nature and vibe inside the hotel is unique! Loved the...

Many reviews have been written. Anything negative that has been written is just not the experience we had. We would say anybody who doesn’t think this property is fantastic is crazy. 5/5 by far. The best overall hotel experience we’ve ever had and we travel quite a bit. Top notch food, service and amenities. The staff are just amazing. Friendly and eager to please. The room was comfortable and clean. We definitely plan to go back.

Rooms were gorgeous, a little small but very comfortable I upgraded to the platinum sky terrace which I would recommend that way you have a jacuzzi on rooftop deck....I stayed on heaven side but actually spent almost all th trip on hacienda side....heaven says for adults only which it is if you like peace and relaxing but I like the action so the hacienda side had foam parties waterslides a nicer beach, there was more going on water balloon fights etc...entertainment throughout day is good.

Great place, not all the food is amazing but if you figure out what to order, it’s incredible, don’t get any other steak about the pecana trust me

Shibari Tulum is MAGICAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The resort is beautiful, relaxing and fun and the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. Fernando, Danny, George, Jorge, Natalia, Yahaira, Francisco, Karla, and all the other Shibari staff made our weeklong stay absolutely perfect. My husband and I chose Layla Tulum for our 1st year marriage anniversary. We’ve done all inclusive a number of times, each time we vacation actually and wanted this trip to be more intimate. Layla Tulum exceeded our expectations! It’s such a small charming hotel, with breath taking decor. We stayed in a beautiful ocean-front bungalow that had a private rooftop hot tub and hammock. Perfect location to enjoy Tulum's beautiful beaches. The hotel is also directly across the street from Parole, a gorgeous Italian restaurant with excellent cocktails and food. Definitely recommend if you're there. Special thanks to Antonio who checked us in and also leads the salsa classes in the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I’ve never been to Tulum and in booking this property it is close to both popular beach clubs of MIA and TABOO… the ocean was steps away from my room and as this was an adult only property it wasn’t wild with young folks running around. This property doesn’t have tv in their rooms which is perfect to disconnect completely and fully enjoy your experience at the beach listening to the waves.
