A huge shoutout to Luis, our butler, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. He made everything effortless from helping with reservations to checking in and making sure we always had what we needed. His attention to detail really elevated our experience. Also, Eugenio at the pool deserves special recognition! He was the best pool butler always friendly, attentive, and making sure drinks were full and everyone was having a great time. He brought such positive energy to the pool area every day. The staff truly make this resort special. We left feeling relaxed, taken care of, and already talking about coming back. "Beautiful location and a wonderful resort, but what truly made our trip special was the incredible staff. Daniela and the entire team at the tequila tasting were fantastic—they made the experience both fun and informative. Another highlight was Islas, who picked us up from the TRS lobby in a golf cart. He gave us a mini tour of the resort, pointing out notable locations along the way and even took some wonderful photos of us. What could have been a simple ride back to our villa turned into a truly memorable experience. We also had a couples massage at the spa with Viviana and Beatriz, and they were amazing. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and they were both so warm and hospitable while giving excellent massages. Lastly, our butlers, Jesus and George, were always helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay."
