"Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong. I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered. An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered. Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside from these very few who we were- they were the outliers and not the standard. Horrible experience but beautiful place. Save your money and book a reputable hotel. "

"The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that it is close to the National Park. Food is okay, pretty much the exact same thing everyday in the buffet. No menu. Hot water is a maybe. Maid service is okay. Elevators don’t have accurate floor numbers. No room service. Front desk speaks no English. "

Food and cleaning was excellent and the staff was above and beyond… Our personal Concierge Julio Rodriguez was 100/10 .. he even prepared a Happy Anniversary surprise without asking … I am Very grateful for everything… It is a quiet place , perfect for relaxing . The amenities were well-maintained, and even the shared spaces and restrooms were always very clean, which we really appreciated. "Las habitaciones no están listas a tiempo. Te la entregan hasta 1 hora y media después. Ir a cualquiera de sus restaurantes es un desastre. No tienen un sistema o plataforma automatizado, todo lo hacen manual. La hostes es la que te lleva a la mesa y deja desatendida la recepción de los restaurantes. Pésima coordinación en restaurantes. La comida estuvo bien, pero las porciones son muy pequeñas, parece que es un menú de degustación. No regresaría. "
