"Honestly have nothing bad to say! It’s was incredible. The people, the food, the cleanliness. Was better than I had hoped for!! We stayed in the preferred master suite, and it was so insane. It was such a gorgeous room.. the overall amenities and just the atmosphere of the hotel was so different from others, it was beautiful! I was a little concerned about the beach shuttle. I actually did really enjoy the drive. It was a very quick and the scenery was very nice 😊 I read comments prior to our trip about people being bothered about time shares!? We were not bothered about that once."

"The staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially Betty. She made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging our travel and tours. The restaurant also served excellent food, making our overall experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily recommend this place to others."

"The hotel is beautiful, our room was right outside the pool and beach. Sea sargassum is a big problem in summer months, if they would have cleaned a little bit, the beach is beautiful. Staff is friendly, restaurant on site is very convenient. Highly recommended this budget friendly hotel."

"Hotel Shibari was very welcoming. Staff was very accommodating! Randy at ATTA was the best server we have had in a while. They were helpful recommendations for tours and booking transportation. We did a mother daughter trip and the gated hotel made my husband feel more at ease that we were traveling abroad…can’t wait to go back!!!!"
