The restaurant also served excellent food, making our overall experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily recommend this place to others."

"I absolutely enjoyed my day at hotel Milan not only was the room gorgeous. It was also properly maintained throughout our space the servers and the concierge were all very pleasant. We stayed there for about five days, and I can tell you that by degree most of them even knew our names. The restaurant is really good. You can get some good food there and the pool is amazing. Overall the environment is very nice and calm and quiet. It’s not overly active everybody. There is just kind of gonna become present and relaxed it’s not too far from the city in downtown and other activities. Transportation is really available and you have access to your concierge 24/7. Very nice. I’ll be staying there again!"

"The Staff was amazing and super helpful. Alfonso in the World Cafe was amazing and remebered our names and preferences from the first day we met. Luisa in the preferred club was super helpful with multiple requests we had and made us feel very welcome."

"The hotel is beautiful, our room was right outside the pool and beach. Sea sargassum is a big problem in summer months, if they would have cleaned a little bit, the beach is beautiful. Staff is friendly, restaurant on site is very convenient. Highly recommended this budget friendly hotel."

"Hotel Shibari was very welcoming. Staff was very accommodating! Randy at ATTA was the best server we have had in a while. They were helpful recommendations for tours and booking transportation. We did a mother daughter trip and the gated hotel made my husband feel more at ease that we were traveling abroad…can’t wait to go back!!!!"
