"Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hostel is in a good location, and the staff is awesome! There are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed. We had issues with our shower clogging up and our room flooded during a heavy rain. The area is definitely pretty loud, so beware if you’re a light sleeper. In the end it was a good value for the price, and I’d consider it for a future stay."

"I checked in at 4am and it was a flawless stay. Very nice beautiful property and bathroom, hot water. Very nice staff and nice restaurant. Best part is it across the street from a beach resort that you just have to buy drinks to be there. I highly recommend this place. And it’s very near lots of cool things to see like cenotes and Mayan ruins. "

When I was finally given a bed the room was dirty, the bathroom moldy, and the sheets had a very strong smell that made me itchy. "Omg! Where do I start? This was the beeeeeeest resort ever. Everyone was nice, especially Dianara (i can't spell her name correctly) She was very accommodating helped us book cabs, order takeout, reserve ATV's and she had them delivered to us. Whatever we needed, she got it done. I never want to go anywhere else now. The resort was breathtaking and the SPA was top tier. I'll be back before the summer is over. "
