"the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."

"reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. "Roxy and Ramon are excellent hosts! My wife and I stayed for a week at their beautiful place for our honeymoon. They made it special for us, gave us ideas on local restaurants and also cooked up delicious breakfast! We didn’t want to leave, and the best part was the place itself. Our room was the Lapiz Lazuli suite with its own pool. It was spacious, clean and private. The location was perfect as you are a short distance from local eatery and boutique stores. "I had a wonderful stay at Coco Unlimited in Tulum, Mexico. This quaint and lovely boutique hotel sits right on the beach. From the moment you arrive, you walk down a small pathway, take just a few steps, and your feet meet the sand on the way to your room. The rooms are simple yet charming. There's no television, which I unexpectedly loved. Instead, you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Rest in your hammock, bring a good/great book (the Bible definitely counts!), and embrace the stillness. It's the perfect place to disconnect from the noise of everyday life and simply be present. Breakfast was included and it was a wonderful way to start each day. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the hotel is centrally located near other restaurants, taco spots, and shops. What truly made this stay special were the people. Betty was always willing to help, answer questions, and offer recommendations with a smile. I believe one of the other staff members was named Christopher, and he was equally kind and attentive. Solome and her partner at the restaurant were also wonderful. Everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. Beautiful places may draw you in, but it's the people who leave a lasting impression. Thank you, Coco Unlimited, for such a peaceful and memorable experience. I would gladly return."
