Me gustó mucho este hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. La piscina es divina y el entorno está lleno de vegetación, lo que hace que se sienta muy tranquilo y agradable. El personal fue increíble, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar. La comida es deliciosa. Además, está muy bien ubicado, cerca de una avenida que lleva directo a la playa. ¡Sin duda volvería!

Truly a “little gem.” We wanted a quiet space off the town center to return to after long days exploring, and we got it. Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year.

Went there for just 4 days but it is a Perfect place for a long stay too. Beautiful, quiet and 5 minutes away from bars and restaurants .

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. I thought we were going to feel regretful for not staying at a beach resort, but I'm so glad we stayed here instead. We woke up every morning and hopped on the rental bikes and rode into town (and if you're ambitious like us- the ruins, the beaches, and the cenotes- all were a bit of a hike but worth it). reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.

Great location, walking distance to all the shopping and other restaurants. Great beach and access to the ocean. Wonderful on site dining experience! Their ceviches and Black sesame tuna is out of this world! Friendly and helpful stuff. Overall great stay!

This place was amazing. A little paradise in the middle of the jungle. Rooms are very big and comfortable. There 2 pools and lots of things to do. Including temezcal, sound healing, yoga etc. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. There is laundry service available and they will always be happy to call you a cab. There is a WhatsApp number you can always reach them at and ask any questions you might have. Maria the massage therapist is amazing. Will definitely be back. Thank you

The property is great. The room was beautiful. Bed was a bit soft for my liking so I didn’t get a good sleep. But everything else was perfect. I do have mixed feelings about the fact that it is located inside the Tulum National Park, which is a government protected area. For one, it is kind of confusing to get there because google maps still shows the entrance on the north side (near the Mayan Ruins) but access is actually on the south side (where Parque del Jaguar is located). The experience was amazing and our Host Rebecca enhanced our stay by being so nice and welcoming. The breakfast she made was made with love, I would highly recommend and will tell everyone we come across to stay here.

Everything was great.

This hotel has wonderful access to the beach and beach club. Sunrise is perfect and breakfast at the restaurant is included. The hotel staff, specifically Diana and Abril, were so helpful and arranged a snorkeling excursion for us. We liked that the beach club closes early (6pm) so that the area is quiet at night and not a loud party spot. Truly a paradise!

I've never been to the Yucatan let alone Tulum...and I'd never booked my own vacation out of the country before. I booked 5 nights at Maria Del Mar based off of the excellent reviews, and I'm pretty proud I made the right choice. Villas de Rosa Beach Resort was great. If you're looking to escape the mega resort trap and get out on your own, this is the place for you. The staff was soooo great. A big thank you to Noel, the manager, our cleaning crew, and every staff member we encountered. They gave great recommendations of things to do and really looked after us.
