"Beautiful property. The staff were absolutely fantastic! There is not a need that you might have that the staff will not tend too. John and Adna will do everything to make sure your stay is fabulous. This property is further down in hotel zone, quiet, clean, and the staff will park the car for you. Absolutely beautiful rooms. The beds were not comfortable to me but they did add extra padding for comfort which did help. There is a closet for your clothes but no dressers. They provide you with all the toiletries. Definitely a 10/10. Absolutely stunning property and awesome staff."

"The rooms were clean and modern and very comfortable. Cleaning service was very good. The main pool was good size and clean, there is fun rooftop area with good views and soaking tubs. Our breakfast was included, you ordered off a menu and it was tasty and filling. If you have rented a car and want to see a lot of sites, Centotes, mayan ruins, etc great location. You can still walk to good restaurants in Tulum and ten minute bike ride to beach. There is really no public beach in Tulum and had much seaweed. Jaguar beach is US$20 per person entry fee. The Jaguar park beach is very nice and we did stop at Paraiso beach club which had nice facilities along with the very nice Jaguar park beach."

"I will stick to the basics . Upon arrival greeted at the front desk by Christopher he was terific . He filled us in on everything we had to know .Parking for a small fee under the building was convienent . The Two roof top pools were outstanding . The rooftop restaurant clean and tasty . If you plan on eating breakfast daily at hotel prepay for a better price .The area was quiet and safe . 7 / 11 down the block and many more chain stores plus locally owned nearby . Room clean daily to our satisfaction . Overall the Naala Talum lived up to our expectations . PS our AC worked well ."
