"I had a fantastic time in Copal. They had complimentary parking but you could also rent a bike if you wanted. I ate in the gastrobar for breakfast and lunch, food was very good and prices were normal for what’s in the area. I stayed in a 1 bedroom jungle view room. The hotel itself is gorgeous, very peaceful, the staff is amazing. We mostly dealt with Johnny and he was so nice, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and overall a really welcoming presence. The kitchen comes equipped with basic kitchen ware such as cutlery, plates, cups, pans to cook in etc. We got a deep tissue massage from the healing spot, it was fantastic. The masseuse was very friendly and listened to what you requested, the price point was also very reasonable unlike many other spas that are overpriced. The hotel is located near the main avenue, you have a 7/11 and gas station less than 5 minutes away so that’s very convenient, and you have a supermarket about 7 minutes away. Getting on the main avenue is less than a 10 minute drive so it’s perfect if you plan on taking day trips you’re very close to the center and can pretty much go anywhere without much added commute time. The hotel is located within a 30-40 minute drive from the airport. The only negative I have on the hotel is that I think the maintenance on it could be a bit better. The shower and faucet has a lot of water build up, the kitchen drawer liners are a bit stained, there are some dents on the doors, etc. Small details. "

"Would definitely go back in the future. Christopher was an amazing manager at the property and he went above and beyond for service for us. Only bad thing was I love hot water and there it wasn’t working. Luke warm water was the only option. Being the price, location, service, amenities offered. Rooftop pool, breakfast and more. Truly this place is a steal. Very close to everything and accessible. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"We loved our stay at Coco Unlimited. The place is beautiful and very relaxing, especially since we had the oceanfront room. The location is walkable to famous restaurants like Ilios, Vagalum, Casa Banana, etc. It’s also within walking distance of the Ven a Luz sculpture. The breakfast selection was good and the staff were awesome! Shoutout to Edith and Guillermo they were super accommodating and very helpful with our inquiries. If given the chance to go back to Tulum, we will definitely stay here again! "

The way the hotel was positioned in the jungle, not to disturb the natural habitat and using materials native to the area make this the most unique experience we've had. Additionally, Elizabeh was extremely helpful, very observant and super attentive. The rooms appear crafted by artisans to be warm, calming, romantic & serene. I would advice to take advantage of the couples' massage they offer. They are the best. Lily and Lorena, our masseuse were exceptional. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation. "
