"I can not express how impressed I was with my experience at Haven Riviera Cancún! The bell hop service always attentive and remembered our names when they greeted us every morning, Alex and Eduardo were great! The Lobby bar is open 23 hours a day, it was there that I was introduced to their Habanero infused tequila with the mango Margarita with a Tajín brim-oh so good!! Thank you to our many bartenders ( to name a few; Carlos, Arturo, Ricardo and Raul) who took great care of us! The Spa was an absolute stand out. I’ve had many spa treatments in my lifetime but the services offered at Haven were second to none, Lupita and David were tremendous not only in their professionalism but their skills and techniques made for an amazing experience. Santiago at the Buffet was a wonderful server always making sure we had everything we needed for our meals for breakfast and lunch. Every staff member was exceptionally outstanding. The pools were incredible and our room had a wow factor. The food at every meal had something special to offer. The layout of the resort was perfect. I loved how everything was in close proximity but the lush natural landscape made you feel the vastness of the resort! The cafe was delicious, I still am thinking about the flat and crispy croissants! Once again thank you to all who helped make this vacation (my 50th birthday) a special one. We will return!"
