"We arrived at the hotel to find a little confusing to get inside because there was some construction in front so watch carefully for the small sign once you get inside and you have all the information required is very easy to get checked in and the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, and the manager Deanna and her helpers Carlos, Carlos Carlos and Carlos are all really helpful. The rooms are well ordained and fairly well equipped I would’ve liked to spatula, but otherwise I still made the best sopa Limon that anyone’s ever eaten in the tiny hotel room, kitchen and the impossible location of Zama Tulum. Fabulous linens, great housekeeping, comfortable big patios rooftop fabulous swimming pool atrium area can’t beat it for the price."

"Xambé is a little peace of heaven! We stayed on the top floor and the view is incredible. Very safe and quiet area. 5-10 minute walk to amazing restaurants. I would recommend having a car. Surrounding area is all very nice and also very safe. Romina and Baltazar took amazing care of us! Highly recommend. This was my second time staying here and I hope to return again someday!"

"The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. "
