This hotel is AMAZING! The staff was absolutely the best. Always helping us with all our needs. Even the hotel food was good! Only thing I did not like was how small the room was, and the some of the outlets didn’t work. But other than that this place was super nice, clean, and friendly environment!

As a solo traveler, my stay at Motto was genuinely enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient—everything you need is within walking distance, and the beach is only about one to two miles away. If you're up for it, bikes are available to rent, or you can easily catch a cab. Although the hotel doesn’t offer a dedicated shuttle service, the staff can arrange reliable transportation for you as needed. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I changed rooms twice to find the ideal location within the hotel, and they handled each request with professionalism and patience. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is perfect for food lovers or anyone who enjoys exploring local cuisine. Overall, this was a great experience, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was really nice! All the amenities were well kept like the pool & gym! The lobby smelled heavenly when entering! The room was also in great condition. I wish there was a little more space in the room but it’s exactly what’s pictured so wasn’t surprised at all. The area outside the hotels (the main road seems to have a lot of construction so not best area to walk around but it was convenient location to grab a cab to go to city center or beach area)

Whispers can be heard between rooms, through the connecting doors, which happen to be on both sides of the room. Very hard to sleep and no privacy. It’s feels like the people next door are with you in the room. The rooms are small, they have a desk but it’s so close to the bed it’s not usable. If you call front desk with this complaint they say no cancellation, talk to you neighbor. True story
