Secrets Tulum is now my favourite all inclusive. The service was top notch the rooms and pools were beautiful and well kept. Every room had a view of a pool area. Food was the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. I love that they offer transit to the beach area (because if you go to Tulum, you have to experience the boho beach vibe.) My only wish is that they had the transit go later in the evening.

Service is always great. 4th time here and this time pools were cold and swim up very cold which I paid for. Was always heated before and a reason I returned. That was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are great, pool areas are nice, great VIP lounge, for an all inclusive food is great. Only down side is after a few days it does get boring. Pools close super early (6pm) no 24hours bar, lounge, restaurant etc. Also property is not on the beach and shuttle services end early. About a 20-25minute shuttle ride to beach area.

The staff, the amenities, the activities, just everything. We had an amazing stay, we had a great time, everything we experienced was just special. The variety of restaurants and selections.
