"As advertised, modern condo steps from beach.The condo and area exceeded our expectations. It's situated in a safe gated beachfront community between Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Tulum which are all 30 minutes or less by car and ferry in Cozumel's case. "Perfect for what we were looking for! Private, pool to ourselves, cook when/if we wanted. Separate building for kitchen/living so not to disturb sleepy head! If you want to get around more, need a car, but for our time there, with grocery delivery, we didn’t need. Not our first trip to Mexico, so a quiet retreat was perfect for us! Claudia was a very responsive host. Thank you!"
