"Room was beautiful, food great, not much of a beach. "

"Ocean visible. Cleaning staff came infrequently. Fridge was restocked with 1 of everything every other day. Even though there was 3 of us. "

"There is no significant beach. The rooms are nice, the food and drinks are very poor. The entertainment is nil to none. This is not a five star resort, not even close. "

"We never went to a elacart due people can book online prior to getting to hotel so people who never been there have no chance to go to a meal, no people around the pools asking for drink orders ,having to pay to see some of the shows is not all inclusive resort, the prices at the gift shop are very high also,having one room key is inconvenient "

"Overall, the resort is very beautiful and organized. It’s pleasant to simply be there with the modern design and look. However, the rooms are a bit poorly established: the bathroom did not have a fan so throughout our weekly stay, the smell was pungent. The staff was very nice and respectful, and it was very nice to have a shuttle system traveling 24/7 past all living quarters to pick up and drop off the people vacationing. We really enjoyed the events that were planned throughout our time. It was well prepared for and fantastically performed. I highly recommend this stay to others, overall it’s an amazing location with amazing service to relax and have a lot of fun "

"The hotel is inside the National park , el Parque de Jaguar. The pool was awesome."

"Pool was nice a little cool but you got used to it. We’re more beach people so we spent most of our time there. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Claudia,Isabelle, Yeplady (?) and Eduardo??, (not sure of the last two’s names sorry) went above and beyond! Rooms were well cleaned daily. Food was great!"
