"Property is beautifully manicured, very clean, very well kept pools, when I didn't like was the beach erosion in the room I had was on the corner right next to where they pile dead seaweed which smelled bad I asked for an ocean view and I got one a smelly one, restaurants for wealth staffed very polite food was good, not great.."

"Rooms size are great. building on great condition, pools are clean. Close to the bars, restaurant, and other options of food,. Grat room services, the beach is close to the room. Transportation is always on time to arrive to the others hotels. I would like to back and paid for VIP area. All the areas are clean, room services for clean and assitant are the best. All in the room is include, beers, waters, candies, water, etc. Restaurant like Bahia & Brasa, EL Dorado are the best and for show and restaurant Bravo is the best."

"This was my husband and my first time in Mexico and we couldn't have chosen a better resort. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. We stayed in Villa 69 in a Jr. Jacuzzi Suite and it was perfect. Our butlers Ricardo and Lisandra handled our every need, no matter how big (like needing a new T.V because ours malfunctioned) or small (like insisting on getting us ice). We enjoyed all of the food and drink options offered and had reservations at El Gaucho (10/10), Tentazione (10/10), and La Boheme (only had dessert but 7/10). We were surprised with rose petals on our table at Tentazione for our 5 year weddings anniversary, with chocolate writing on our dessert plate, with rose petals on our bed on the last night, and with a bottle of Chebrie. The pools were amazing and the beach was stunning. We participated in Bingo which was the Every employee and staff member in all of the Grand Palladium Resorts were professional, friendly, and a joy to interact with. We were saddened that we had to leave, but are excitedto come back in the future. A special shout out to Ricardo and Lisandra for everyhting they did, the expedia Ambassador Fernanda Garcia Pichardo for organizing the special touches (rose petals and wine), and to the staff of Tentazione (Hostesses Ivonne and Sayta, waiter Pedro and manager Adilene) for making our dinner so special."

"We love staying at Xcaret Hotel. My husband and I have stayed at both Hotel Mexico and Arte and had such an amazing stay. The customer service you get there is wonderful. They make you feel right at home. Their buffet, restaurants, and 24 hour room service is so delicious. Our favorite restaurant was Las Cuevas. There is so many things to do there, so you never get bored. They’re all fun inclusive allows you to experience so much more without having to pay extra. We definitely recommend coming here, we look forward to planning our next vacation here. "

"We stayed the week of May 24-may31 2025. This was my second time staying here. The first time was 4 years ago during Covid. We were kind of worried when we saw the news of a fire happening there a week before we were going, but they accommodated us by letting us enjoy the other resorts (tulum and akumul) on their property as well free of charge. This made our stay that much better. Everyone was so friendly and helpful across the whole property. I am a person who uses a walker and they were very accommodating; even with finding me a room on the ground floor. Beautiful resort! Also clean and well taken cared of. I loved seeing the little critters running around; especially the iguanas. (Pics added). Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!"

"We stayed at Occidental Xcaret and spend most of the days with an amazing feeling. Waking up with the sound of the birds chirping, making their own music, seeing monkeys by our balcony, surrounded by trees made us feel connected with nature. The restaurants are amazing, the private beach is pristine and beautiful, snorkeling is right there, xcaret park is just a walking trail, to sum it up, this place is superb. "
