"The property is super clean and the staff is always trying to help you. We loved the Mexican night buffet! I just wished they sell coconuts and more authentic traditional on the go food. (Mangos, corn on the cob, mangonadas etc.) but overall we had a great time and we will be back. "

"Deserves more like 4 and a half but overrall a great place to stay for families. Walking between rooms and dining can be a bit much for the kids but could be remediated if they added more places to dine around the property. Natural vegetation around the hotel is beautiful and it’s own beach is great for the little ones."

"I absolutely loved this resort. I thought it was an amazing value for the price. The privileged upgrade was absolutely worth it for the Bloved restaurant and bar. Service was amazing everywhere. The one thing I will say is that the AC could have been better, but hey, you're in Tulum. No complaints here. We will absolutely be back!"
