I absolutely loved staying at this hotel it had such a peaceful, relaxing very boho decor It was calm, laid-back, and the perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a chill, unique spot to relax!

Awesome customer service by Arturo and his team members Miguel and kitchen staff, cleaning staff.Food service very healthy and on point. Kitchen staff did everything to make us pleasant. Swimming pool team fantastic job with maintenance. Overall the best place for quiet time and very attentive. The place is fully covered with cool vibes. Highly recommend this place. We are coming back again with 7 friends next year.

Cool place to chill

It was a great place to relax. Service and the people were excellent . Super friendly and helpful. Food was great too and the chef was very talented I tried the temezcal was a cool experience.

The staff was AMAZING very attentive , I was a solo traveler for my birthday and was treated like a queen , the attention to detail , they made sure i was comfortable from the minute i steeped on property , The concierge Dante was excellent and made sure every need was taken care of , The property is quite with the jungle uniqueness, every employee I came in contact with was polite , respectful and made sure my birthday was special , The food was amazing top quality , stayed on property didn't need anything ! Our stay here at this property was amazing! The service was outstanding and the staff were all so friendly, helpful and very professional. The food and the drinks that we enjoyed here were all so delicious and presented very well. We absolutely loved our floating breakfast! That and the meditation ceremony were our favorite! We were able to unplug and recharge here in our jungle villa. Biking to the local Cenotes were so much fun! This stay was fun, safe, and definitely an experience to be had!! Highlight of our trip!

Great stay! Beautiful location and pools. We loved the temazcal ceremony, floating breakfast, and signature dinner. Only snag was that the WhatsApp concierge number was not very helpful the couple of times we reached out to it because apparently the person who monitors it does not live on property. Better to visit the front desk in person if there is a question

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and we LOVED it. Beautifully designed and maintained, it’s hidden away in the jungle and promotes relaxation and calm. The staff were excellent, kind and caring, the food first class and the overall ambience like nothing we’ve experienced before. Both pools were breathtaking and the local cenotes are incredible. First off, the property is beyond gorgeous and the staff was attentive and so kind. I was all set to leave a fantastic review about how peaceful and tranquil this oasis in the jungle was- BUT the serene and beautiful pool was overrun with loud groups (each had their own rap music speakers blasting) … I don’t know if they were daypass holders or guests but they ruined the atmosphere and I was disappointed the staff did nothing.
