"Average stay, though resort is good, maintenance needs improvement. Restaurant is managed by average, uninterested uncaring BOYS, who are not oriented towards customer care. Food too rich, though decently priced. Menu is limited. Buffet spread ordinary. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Room maintenance average, water in bathroom was not clean enough, blankets old, needs replacement. Pool is good, children enjoy. Amazing hotel and staff

"It was amazing. From the moment I arrived till the moment I left all the staff were amazing. They helped with food recommendations, also the food at the hotel was amazing! The bar is perfect and friendly guests and staff. The room was always clean and housekeeping were great. Overall a great experience and would recommend to any traveller. I will definitely be coming back"

Santa Maria- Airport Boutique by the Sea

"Santa Maria is a beautiful gem located right on the ocean. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating of their guests. It is very conveniently located near the airport (15 minutes by taxi) and many other attractions Kerala has to offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering ocean views and balconies to enjoy the sunsets and watch the local fishermen haul in their catches of the day. Staff can cook meals upon request and serve lovely juice- highly recommend the cucumber, ginger, lime juice. We are very greatful to the owners for our stay there and would gladly stay again. "

"This was our first stay, and we absolutely loved it! I have nothing but praise for the entire team behind this wonderful experience. A heartfelt thank you to the friendly front desk amigos who gave us such a warm welcome. The hospitality here is truly one of a kind—offered with not just professionalism, but a genuine, smiling human touch. The infinity pool was simply mesmerizing, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the view. The buffet was carefully crafted to satisfy every appetite, with a wide variety of delicious options. Many thanks again for making our stay so special. We will definitely be staying again! "
