"Our stay at Mario and his families place was exquisite. We will definitely recommend his property for future stays. One issue that has gone unresolved is with VRBO. I was charged extra fees that their helpdesk representative could not justify. When opening a ticket with their helpdesk to have the issue resolved, they closed the ticket without any follow up or reason for the extra charges. We will not be using VRBO in the future and don't recommend their services to anyone. They are...
