"Great staff clean great room size. The water pressure was horrible in shower and barely any hot water. Breakfast was amazing and staff was on it when things needed to be restocked"

"I had a very disappointing stay. The room not cleaned properly—there was visible dirt and an overall lack of cleanlines that made it uncomfortable to even settle in. On top of that, the noise at night was extreme, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away. I would not recommend staying here."

"I was disappointed to learn there was an extra fee to park even though there was plenty of parking. We were not in a downtown hub, it’s ridiculous to charge for that. I would have been more understanding if it had been disclosed prior to booking. In addition, the breakfast was poor. Oatmeal was gone by 8am and even though breakfast went for an additional 2 hours we were told no more could be made because there wasn’t time. Bread/bagels/donuts were also running out. No napkins were available. I don’t know if they were perhaps short staffed? I would potentially stay here again because the location is great, but the stay itself? Meh."

"Before I got their I reserved a double bed and paid for it entirely the Lady at the desk gave me a single with that stunk, the lights didn’t work, stains on the floor, bugs in the bathroom, lock looked broke and she told me their was no rooms left and when I confronted about wanting a refund later I wasn’t allowed to, total scam i stayed at a lot of hotels in my life this one was easily the worst if i could rate it 0 i could"
