8/10 Good

"The location is as central as it gets. It has nice automatic blinds to make the room pitch black which was nice. The room was fine, but a couple of small issues. The fridge was not plugged in when we got there, so it was basically useless. The other issue is that we had absolutely no hot water for one of the three days we were there. We tried to resolve it, but there were communication issues."

"Wonderful hotel. Amazing staff - friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, and within easy reach of the centre, quickest by trolley bus which stops just outside the hotel (frequent number 22). The attached restaurant is great and convenient for food and/or drinks, and has a nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and bathrooms modern with an excellent shower. I would strongly recommend this hotel for any visiting purpose."

"Kristina it was wonderful answered all my questions dinner least she could do to help me out make sure my room was clean every day wonderful wonderful ladies that worked there that far and Nicolina she did a wonderful job on my outer tour trip highly recommend her tours by locals and the rest of it I just walked around town and I loved it people talking to people it was great"

"This is a basic clean and comfortable hotel that is good value for money. I was a little concerned if the place would be open as I wasn't checking in until 1am and having emailed to let them know, but not received a reply, I wondered if I'd find a locked door. Thankfully this wasn't the case. I would definitely use this hotel again. "
