Mahalaxmi from the restaurant remembers customers and orders and will surprise us with her care and service. Ponnurangam and other security folks work around the clock while keeping a smile. Balaji who is the GM, sets a great example to everyone at this hotel. He has set standards which gives us experience similar to that of a tier 1 city hotel."
