"We needed a villa with 11 rooms and 11 bathrooms and this was just PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and LOVED the scenery and the wine cellar that came with it. The breakfast spread was good and very convenient and the traditional dinner was very nice as well. We loved the big kitchen and the dining areas. We would have enjoyed the outdoor tables if the weather was warmer. Several of us enjoyed the private chapel as well. "

It was the AC in the room. It was not cold. It was not working properly. I don’t believe so I had it set on 16 and it was really hot and But other than that everything goes great thank you"

"What an amazing property! I would highly recommend this as a base to explore the local area . Tucked away privately with everything you would need. The property is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped . The hosts are beyond helpful and the swimming pool is just an added bonus . Plenty of space for more than one family to share . "We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa: it was our base for a dream holiday. Rafaele was a perfect host; there was a slight problem with mosquitoes at the pool and he brought sprays and mosquito coils for us; when we arrived there were two bottles of wine waiting for us and later in the stay he brought us his own olive oil, not to mention the delicious tomatoes from his garden!The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was spotless and we used it every day. The location was absolutely perfect and we went for long walks from there and drove to numerous hill top towns in the area or did long walks between them - Montepulciano; Pienza; Montefallonico; Lucignano and many more.... We went to the Jousting festival at Arezzo, which was a great experience. Rafaele was very gracious with speaking to me in Italian, which I appreciated veery much. We would come back to the villa again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying for a while in Tuscany."
