"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"I can’t say enough about this place. It is fantastic!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. The apartment was absolutely perfect!! Having a washing machine was wonderful. The view of the golf course and terrain kept us on the terrace. We ducked every time someone teed off, lol. The restaurants served delicious food, especially the Med Cafe! Kudos to the chef! And the pool area was spacious and fun. If I could buy our apartment/room, I’d be back regularly. Love, love, love this place!!!!"

"Excellent hotel and really convenient location for getting around the island. Look forward to staying again"

"La opción de desayuno es excelente. Un detalle es que las habitaciones son algo antiguas y en el baño se sentía el olor de la cañería."

"Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...

"Grei beliggenhet i forhold til Siam Park, Aqualand og ganske kort tur til havna. Det er en del støy fra gata på rom som vender mot veien. Rommene har oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin. Det er et ganske fint bassebgområde midt i hotellkomplekset."

"Very nice and clean apartment with sea and sunset view. Very peaceful area with plenty of parking. Closest beach 15-20 min walk. By car you can reach any beach in the area within 10 min. Plenty of places to eat within 10 min walk. The only downside is soundproofing of rooms and no aircon if you require one."

"3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean. Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude. All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...

"Great complex, so lovely and friendly also very clean. 3 super restaurants onsite, our favourite was the Pirate bar, Will definitely be back."

"Se ha detectado la falta de algunos enseres personales de baño, especialmente teniendo en cuenta el precio de la estancia. Asimismo, sería recomendable realizar un mantenimiento más periódico del alojamiento para garantizar unas condiciones óptimas de uso. También se debe señalar la presencia de cucarachas, aspecto que debería revisarse y corregirse para asegurar unas condiciones adecuadas de higiene y confort para los huéspedes."
