Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front door, and the lower level is where the bathroom is. Otherwise the room was pleasant if a little dated. Overall, fine if you get a good deal; perhaps not if you're going in high season

All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!

Lovely 4 Star hotel, air conditioning provides a nice chill during the mid day sun. Decor very nice and very clean, the room smell nice and are over two floors with beds provided in both. The only negative whilst checking bed sheets in one of the beds a crockroach crawled out of the sheets - this probably happened whilst the room was being aired or came in with the sheets. The breakfast is good but dishes could be cleaned.

The resort is beautiful and the room was gorgeous (we had a 2-level with a kitchen, which was nice even though we went with AI). The food at the buffet was delicious with a lot of options, I would have preferred an a la mode restaurant on site for some variety, but what is there is excellent. The activities staff are wonderful (all the staff were wonderful, actually!), but the games room was lacking (broken machines, missing billiards balls, etc.). Easy to get a lounge chair. Well appointed amenities. Overall, it was a perfectly relaxing holiday. I would certainly go back.

An honest opinion.

Not for us, a middle aged couple, very well travelled. Just too many kids and families for us. Two small pools with Sunbeds crammed around them, awful. Food could have been better but could have been worse. Room was up 62 steps and no Porters!! Not good when you’re nearly 60. Staff were brilliant, couldn’t fault them. No complaints with the room, a junior suite with a downstairs bedroom. Far too busy for us but fabulous for families and teenagers.

Die Zimmer sind toll und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Atlantik. Der Pool war okay, es gab 3 Pools. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, wenig Auswahl bei den All-in Cocktails. Das Abendprogramm war nicht so doll.

Upea paikka, kauniisti sisustettu. Siisti. Ystävällinen, mukava ja huumorintajuinen henkilökunta. Paljon ohjelmaa hotellillakin, jos olisi siellä viettänyt päivänsä. Muutamana päivänä aamupalalta puuttui tiettyjä tarjoiluja, mutta nekin varmaan vain siksi, että oli niin paljon majoittujia.

The property itself was great, clean and comfortable beds and good facilities. The rooms were huge and well equipped with self catering needs. The location of the hotel was quiet and only a walking distance into Playa de las Americas. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Great family resort

Great hotel, very clean, heated pools, excellent breakfast and attention to detail throughout. Rooms are well equipped with everything you need.
